第一次一个人去看演出

Nora had wanted to hear a local music group for months, but every possible companion was busy on the concert date. She nearly gave up. Going alone seemed uncomfortable, especially during the break when everyone else might be talking. Finally, she bought one ticket and chose a seat near the aisle.

诺拉几个月来一直想听一个本地乐队的演出，但所有可能同行的人那天都忙。她差点放弃。独自去似乎很尴尬，特别是中场休息时，别人可能都在聊天。最后，她买了一张票，选了靠走道的座位。

At the hall, she arrived early and read the program carefully. Without a friend beside her, she noticed details she usually missed: the warm-up sounds from the stage, the soft light above the doors, and the different ways people waited. Some chatted in groups; others, like her, simply watched the room.

During the break, Nora bought water and looked at a poster for next month's performances. Nobody asked why she was alone. She spoke briefly with a person who liked the same song, but the conversation was pleasant rather than necessary. She realized she did not need to turn the evening into a test of her social skills.

On the way home, she sent a voice message to a friend about the final song. She still enjoyed shared outings and would happily invite friends next time. Yet she now had another option: when schedules did not match, she could keep a plan that mattered to her instead of postponing it indefinitely.

回家路上，她给朋友发语音，谈最后一首歌。她仍喜欢结伴出行，下次也愿意邀请朋友。不过，现在她多了一种选择：当时间对不上时，她可以保留自己重视的计划，不必无限期推迟。
